Ergonomic Workshops to learn the following:
· Proper lifting techniques
· Preventing Carpel Tunnel with the proper posture and work station set-up
· Keeping a ‘Healthy Back’
· 5 minute stretches to release cervical tension
Stress Relief Breaks for your employees or patrons. Every one of us has STRESS! Life is about physical stress, nutritional stress and emotional stress. Your body reacts to this stress by creating PROBLEMS! These problems can result in fatigue, a lowered ability to produce, not to mention pain. During a ‘Stress Relief Break’ the doctor will spend 10-15 minutes with each employee that signs up to evaluate the amount of stress on their physical health. We will also share ‘stress’ relief tips as well as perform computerized nutritional evaluations and 5-10 minute pressure point massage.
Lunch and Learn: ˝ hour workshop on various topics during lunch hour to help educate, reduce stress and add the spirit of learning to your business.
Base Fee: $200
Each class is a stand-alone class. We start with a review of general health and wellness principals and values. We have broken them down into 6 to 10 workshops and they can be tailored to fit a 30 minute to 1 hour format, or longer if needed. All classes have demonstrations and I incorporate a lot of audience participation and show and tell to make the classes fun, personal and interactive. Any presentation can be modified to fit the audience needs.
