Bio:
Chiropractic care was introduced to me during massage school. I had been suffering with low back and neck pain from old injuries lifting as a nursing assistant, and a old car accident. I started to learn in my massage classes that not only does soft tissue work need to be addressed when in pain, but also my structure and alignment. Not only did chiropractic manipulations relieve my back pain, but it showed me a whole new world of healing. After my first few treaments of manipulation of my spine my swollen lymph node in my neck dissipated after 20 years of being enlarged! Manipulation of the spine has shown me first hand in many ways how my body can heal itself with a little push. My mind was made up, I had to tell others the great benefits of chiropractic. I have now worked as a chiropractic assistant and massage therapist for 6 years. Three of those years as a PR, marketing assistant, just so I can have the chance to introduce others to the healing ability of our bodies. Chiropractic and massage now are used in my regular health routines, I recieve adjustments weekly to bi-weekly to keep my body aware and capable of working to it's fullest potential. No matter if you are 1 day old to 100 years old chiropractic and massge should be part of your preventitive health routines!
